DOMUS CONCEPT, an architecture firm based in Lisbon, was given carte blanche to create the country estate of their dreams. Maison Albar - Amoure has 26 keys, all leading to unique residences. Its 11 suites and 15 rooms, with an average area of 43 m2, were custom designed to make you feel at home. With its Art Dco inspiration, exclusive materials, modern furnishings and spectacular views of the lush green hills, each detail was carefully studied to make the entire villa warmly luxurious.

At the heart of the Amoure experience

Amoure is a venue for sharing and appreciating gastronomy. Julien Montbabut, the French starred-chef of the Monumental Palace sees it as a place where he can express himself in the heart of nature. The chef’s farm-to-table philosophy is at the core of all his creations, in which he showcases local and seasonal products, carefully chosen from local producers, so as to reveal all the flavours the Moure has to offer.
