With dual Portuguese and Australian nationality, he brings a cosmopolitan vision and refined technique, the result of a solidly built career. Combining expertise, creativity, and passion, he creates menus that celebrate authentic flavors and the elegance of contemporary cuisine. Guided by a "farm-to-table" philosophy, the chef carefully selects fresh and flavorful ingredients from local producers, which he enhances with a modern twist.
